Dr. Ayad Rezk is a distinguished financial consultant, auditor for joint stock companies, certified public accountant, tax consultant, valuation expert, and certified judicial liquidator for the Primary North Cairo Court.

Dr. Ayad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade (Economics and Accounting) from Helwan University, an Advanced Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration and Valuation from Ain Shams University, an MBA from Sadat Academy for Management Sciences, and a DBA in Finance and Investment from the same institution. He is also a member of several professional organizations, including the Egyptian Society for Public Finance and Taxation, the International Tax Association in the Netherlands, and the Arab Federation for International Commercial Arbitration.

Dr. Ayad also serves as Chairman of Fabrx Industrial Development Company, where he oversees strategic initiatives to drive growth and innovation. He is also the founder and CEO of Cairo Capital, which provides accounting, auditing, tax and financial advisory services.
