Remon Raafat serves as a member of the company’s Project Management Board, with extensive experience in engineering, industrial investments and technical leadership of the organization.

He is also the Chairman and Owner of Marinova Egypt, where he oversees the company’s strategic growth and operations. Additionally, he is the Chief Technical Officer and Co-Owner of Marinova Systems Floating in the Netherlands, which specializes in innovative marine and floating systems technologies.

Additionally, Remon served as CEO of Kerma Industrial Investments, and as MEP Director in El Gouna, where he managed complex infrastructure projects for one of Egypt’s most popular tourist destinations.
